Conflict Solutions Intern, Jeffrey A. Trueman, Esq. is an LL.M Candidate at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law.
Jeff conducts mediations and settlement conferences in a wide variety of litigated disputes including medical malpractice matters, lead paint poisoning allegations, employment cases, partnership dissolutions, contractual disputes, claims of excessive force against the Baltimore City Police Department, and also handles other commercial litigation.
Jeff is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. He chairs the ADR Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s ADR Council. He is the author of “Still Crazy After All These Years: How Five Local Courts Manage Asbestos Litigation and Whether Comparable Case Values Can Help Calm the Craziness,” which will appear in the University of Baltimore School of Law, Law Review, 2018.
